President Aquion recognizes ARMM Mujiv Hataman's leadership
"Let me also thank Governor Mujiv Hataman of the ARMM, who has demonstrated what can be done through good leadership. From the outset, we shared the view that the system as presently crafted is susceptible to abuse by the wrong leaders. Hehas worked for true transformation that lends itself to permanence.
