The DepEd-ARMM family is pleased to welcome back and congratulates Principal Honeyma Amboloto, Teachers Noaima Metmug and Aslia Mabaning (Lanao Sur IIA Division) for successfully completing the School Leadership Course at the Institute for Leadership Innovation and Advancement (ILIA), Universiti Brunei Darussalam (UBD).
The course is a three-phase program where participants interact with ILIA professors on campus and a period of practicum back in their home school.
The program was undertaken in partnership with UBD, DepEd-Central and DepEd-ARMM. DepEd-ARMM paid for the travel expenditure of the participants to Brunei, back and forth.
RG Mujiv Hataman and RS Atty Jamar Kulayan have made it their priority to build internal capacity so that a critical mass is at hand to participate and continue the reforms.
Atty Maisara Dandamun-Latiph, Assistant Regional Secretary for Programs, initiated the inclusion of ARMM in the program and supervised the participants for the duration of their study.
Principal Honeyma Amboloto is a Gawad Geny Lopez awardee, too.
