School head is CSC-ARMM's Regional Outstanding Lady Executive

Among this year's CSC awardees is a school principal from Tawi-Tawi. Hadja Darwisa Sajili-Rada is school head of Hadji Yunos Elementary School in Bongao, Tawi-Tawi. She is recognized for her commitment to service - dedication to the learning of her pupils and school improvement and engaging parents and the community.

Despite of her hectic schedule, Hadja Darwisa was able to complete her double master's degrees in education and public administration, and is currently using her summers to continue doctoral studies  in the city.

DepEd-ARMM Regional Secretary Atty. Jamar Kulayan initially endorsed her candidacy and is ecstatic about her award. Atty Kulayan said, this is an exemplar worth emulating. While others languish in complaining about resource shortage, the likes of ROLE awardee Sajili-Rada used this to be creative and go the extra mile to make a big difference in her school.
