Citizen Charter (Redress Mechanism)

Redress Mechanism

Should there be any failure on the part of MBHTE-BARMM to meet the requirements of the Citizen’s Charter, the agency shall issue an official apology at the minimum. Other types of redress shall be considered commensurate on the impact resulting from non-compliance to the conditions of the charter

Procedure of filing complaints/feedback

Ø  Visit the office of the Action Center for Education (ACE), MBHTE-BARMM Regional Office.

If you are not satisfied with our service, your written/verbal complaints shall be attended to by the ACE, headed by Ms. Alma Yu.

·         1X1 Colored ID Picture (2pcs)
·         Photocopy of Birth Certificate or Baptismal Certificate

Schedule of Availability of Service: Monday to Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM (No noon break)
                                                        During Ramadhan: Monday to Friday

Fees: None
Total Processing Time:
A.     Basic Literacy Program (BLP) - 1 day, 1 hour and 40 minutes
B.     Accreditation and Equivalency (A&E) – 1 hour and 40 minutes
C.     Radio Based Instruction (RBI) - 1 day, 1 hour and 40 minutes
