Proprietor or Authorized Managing Officer (AMO) together with his Civil Engineer shall personally submit their letter of Intent to the BAC Secretariat on the date specified herein upon presentation of the original copy of PCAB License and valid identification card prior to issuance and payment of bid documents. Site inspection of at least three (3) school sites is required and shall form part of the bid documents. Contractors who wish to participate on these bidding with projects unstarted, unfinished/abandoned, and discontinued under CY 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012 need not participate.
