Citizen Charter (Filing of Complaints or Appeal or Motion for Reconsideration)

Frontline Service: Filing of Complaints or Appeal or Motion for Reconsideration (Legal Unit)
Clients: Any individual with complaint against DepEd-ARMM Officers and Staff (Teaching or Non-Teaching personnel from the Regional Office and from the different divisions
Requirements:

Filing of Complaint

·         Full name and address of the complainant
·         Full name and address of the person/s complained of, as well as his/her/their position/s and office in the DepEd-ARMM
·         A narration of the relevant and material facts which show the acts or omissions as allegedly committed by the person/s
·         Certified true copies of documentary evidence and affidavits of his/her witnesses, if any
·         Certificate of Non-Forum Shopping
·         Complaint shall be under oath

Filing of Appeal

·         Notice of appeal
·         Appeal Memorandum (3 copies)
·         Proof of payment of the appeal fee


Filing of Motion for Reconsideration

·         Motion for Reconsideration

Schedule of Availability of Service: Monday to Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM (No noon break)
                                                      During Ramadhan: Monday to Friday

Fees:
Total Processing Time:  1 Hour and 5 Minutes

                                           Filing of Complaints – 16 minutes
                                           Filing of Appeal – 35 minutes
                                           Filing of Motion for Reconsideration – 15 minutes
