Subject: Modified Official Time during the Holy Month of Ramadhan
Memo. No. 280
Pursuant to Civil Service Resolution No. 81-1277, in relation to P.D. No 291 as amended by P.D. No. 322, which modified the Civil Service Official Time to 7:30AM -3:30PM without noon break and diminution of salaries and wages for all Muslim employee, all officials and employees of the ARMM are hereby enjoined to observe the modified official time mentioned above during the Holy Month of Ramadhan.
However, employees who are not fasting are not entitled to the above modified official time, and shall observe the usual Civil Service Official Time.
