Bongao, Tawi-Tawi (July 8, 2013) - As of 6th
day of July 2013, 281 grade 2
teachers have been trained on the K12 Curriculum. The participants came from 17 school
districts of Bongao, Simunul, Sibutu, Sitangkay, Panglima
Sugala, Sapa-Sapa,Tandubas, South Ubian and Languyan municipality. They converged in two (2) different batches
at Rachel`s Hotel and Restaurant, Lamion, Bongao, Tawi-Tawi. The last training batch is exclusive for
District under the Mapun and Turtle Island Municpality, which will be conducted
at Cecilles`s Pension House, Tumaga, Zamboanga City on the 6th to 10th
day of this month.
During the opening program, Superintendent Hji.
Kiram K. Irilis, admonished the
participants to focus their attention on classroom activities and implementation of the
K12 Curriculum.
To ensure the proper
conduct of the training, two regional office representatives came to the venue
and monitor the activities, namely: Regional INSET Coordinator Abdul-Aziz H. Iya and Regional K12 coordinator Supr. Saada
Tubing.

were very much delighted of the big numbers of participants and the presence
of concern officials both from the division and regional offices.
