SIX (6) COMPUTER ENCODERS
Status – Casual

A. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Encoding payroll data (deductions and premiums) on tight schedule and regular basis.
2. Preparing and computing backpays and salary differentials for more than a hundred of claims.
3. Adjusting step increments due for more than a hundred personnel.
4. Perform other tasks as may be assigned by the Section Head.

B. PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

Education	4-year college degree preferably in computer science, technology or engineering from a reputable institution. With a grade point average of not less than 80% of its equivalent.
Experience	Hands-on experience computer operations, data encoding and management of payroll database for company/institution with more than 1,000 personnel in the payroll.
Training	Not less than forty training hours on FoxPro, MS Excel and Access.
Eligibility	Civil Service Professional Examination

2. Beats deadline with quality
3. Composed and demonstrate high level of professional integrity and objectivity in dealing with clients.
4. Dedicated to the vision-mission statement of DepEd-ARMM.

2. Certificates (Experience, Training and Eligibility)
3. Medical Certificate and Psycho Test
