Pasig City - DepEd-ARMM officials led by RS Atty Jamar Kulayan met with Usec Francisco Varela to synergize local efforts with national educational policies.
Among those discussed in this meeting today were the need for better information and participation in the centrally-managed funds allocated for ARMM.
They also thresh out processes and parameters associated with previous years allocation for school infrastructures and program support funds.
Both parties also re-visited challenges related to K to 12 implementation and how this year's lessons will be utilized to improve net year's training program for Grade 2 and Grade 8 teachers.
From the meeting both parties agreed to continue and use this so-called synergy meeting for closer policy collaboration and mutual accountability.
