Thirty-one (31) full-fledged district supervisors and district in-charge from DepEd-ARMM are currently in SEAMEO-INNOTECH for the District Supervisor Leadership Program (DSLP). While this program has been running since 2010, this is the first time it was ever participated by ARMM.
Under the partnership with DepEd-ARMM, this program immerse the participants in a 3-phase blended learning program as follows:
- Phase 1 (Face-to-Face Sessions at INNOTECH): 17-28 September 2012
- Phase 2 (On-line mentoring and learning exchange): 29 September - 16 November 2012
- Phase 3 (Two-Day Integration Session): 27-28 November 2012
DSLP hopes to build leadership capital among district supervisors and thereby improving their instructional supervision over schools.
