After the conduct of the Brigada Eskwela from May 21 to 26, DepEd-ARMM is now in the "Oplan Balik Eskwela" (OBE) mode, a campaign to insure school-aged children are in enrolled and assistance is provided largely to parents requiring clarification on a number of concerns such as transfer, promotion, enrolment process, fees collection and so forth.
As expounded in DepEd Order 83, s. 2012, all divisions have been directed by Sec Atty Jamar M. Kulayan to organize their own Local Information and Action Center (LIAC).
